Regulatory Compliance
KAZBEK is compliant with the 51st Amendment of the IFRA Code of Practice. It is approved for up to 62.50% in fine fragrances (Category 12) and 37.74% in Category 10.B. Other permitted use levels include 37.50% (Cat. 4), 13.72% (Cats. 9 & 10.A), and various limits across cosmetic categories. It is not allowed in Category 1 (lip/oral care) and Category 6 (mouth sprays). The formulation contains no restricted or hazardous substances, including Lilial, Lyral, phthalates, nitromusks, polycyclic musks, CMRs, atranol, chloroatranol, SVHCs, or animal-derived ingredients, making it fully safe and regulatory-compliant across international markets.
