- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- An incorrect item is delivered.
- A verified quality issue exists.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Defective Products
- If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photographic or video evidence of the product and its packaging is required for claim processing.
Incorrect Product Delivered
- If you receive a product that differs from what was ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging to qualify for a replacement.
Quality Concerns

- Refunds or replacements will only be provided if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- As scent perception is subjective, minor variations in fragrance due to natural ingredient batch differences do not qualify for refunds.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Opened or used products.
- Change of preference after purchase.
- Minor variations in scent (caused by natural ingredient variations).
- Discounted or promotional items.
4. Return & Refund Procedure
To request a return or refund, follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and determine eligibility.

5. Refund Method
- Refunds are processed only for online payments and will be credited back to the original payment method.
