At Zodiac Enterprise, we are committed to delivering high-quality fragrances and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except in cases where:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • An incorrect item is delivered.
  • A verified quality issue exists.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the product and its packaging is required for claim processing.

Incorrect Product Delivered

  • If you receive a product that differs from what was ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging to qualify for a replacement.

Quality Concerns

  • If a product does not meet its described fragrance profile, we will conduct an internal review to verify the issue.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be provided if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
  • As scent perception is subjective, minor variations in fragrance due to natural ingredient batch differences do not qualify for refunds.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Change of preference after purchase.
  • Minor variations in scent (caused by natural ingredient variations).
  • Discounted or promotional items.

4. Return & Refund Procedure

To request a return or refund, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and attach photographic/video evidence of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and determine eligibility.
  4. If approved, we will offer:
    • Replacement for incorrect or damaged items.
    • Store credit for future purchases.
    • Refund, if applicable, processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed only for online payments and will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an error occurred on our part.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched (typically within 12 hours of placing the order).
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
