HARD ROCKER is fully compliant with the 51st Amendment of the IFRA Code of Practice and is approved for fine fragrance use up to 100% (Category 12). It is not permitted in Category 1 (lip/oral care) or Category 6 (mouth sprays). The formula is allowed in other categories such as 100% in Category 4, 27.5% in 5.A, and 82.55% in 10.B. The composition is free from all substances of regulatory concern, including Lilial, Lyral, phthalates, CMRs (Classes 1 & 2), SVHCs, nitromusks, polycyclic musks, halogenated compounds, atranol, chloroatranol, and animal-derived ingredients, ensuring global compliance and safety.
